I've just setup a site backup from the admin/backup_config
Questions
1. Is it posible to set the time for the backups?
2. Is it posible to customise the backup script to disable backup for public_html? If so where is the /path/to/backup config?
Requirments
I would like to customise the backup to only take backups of the sites mysql databases only (not the sites public_html/folders/files) during the early hours of the morning.

1. for time use cron.... Don't think you can easily if you use sentora backup

2. no way to disable public_html that's why I made my script that if you check it you can hack it and disable public_html
