There are some warnings...

Are you really sure that you want to setup Sentora with these parameters?
(y):Accept and install, (n):Change domain or IP, (q):Quit installer? y
install: line 300: syntax error near unexpected token `>'
install: line 300: `exec > >(tee "$logfile")'

So you failed centos 7 install? Are installing on VPS? Dedicated?

We are aware of a bug but it's related to postfix and won't break install.

Could explain more? I see warnings ok but did this crash install or not?

I confirm that sentora tested <hard> and working like a charm on centos 7, VPS and dedicated, also with updates.
No problems at all.

It asks on subdomain, you must have to call the panel. You already got it, or you setup cname later on.
Sentora guides here i think that are very closed to ... perfect!
