i need vps server for my hosting
now i have vps server but not good all time down
i need server all time ok no downtime with high speed
i need :
disk space : 30 gb
bandwidth 1 tb
ram : 1gb
vswap 1 gb
if i download any file using wget i want 200mb par sec and all time
my budget $40 par year
if anyone provide this service please offer me
Have you looked into host from home? Setting up a home server with a public IP pointing to a V-server or Hardware-Server. A lot of internet providers allow this , sometimes out of the box & for free

Plus 30gb disk space...
I don't think you can find any for that value, not sure.
Hosting from home would be even costier.
May I ask why you need 200mb/s at all time?

Anyways, even if you find one, if you keep capping the bandwidth, most likely you will be breaching TOS and your account will be either capped or terminated.
