I can send mails but i cannot receive mails.

BAD DNS setup as usualy:

MX Records Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are:

1 mail.bisontesenlasparedes.es No A Record (no glue either)
1 pop.bisontesenlasparedes.es No A Record (no glue either)

You pointed the DNS to subdomains that are not setup...

smtp.bisontesenlasparedes.es / mail / pop don't resolve and you need only one.

Seem you are not used with DNS setup and you everything you saw in bulk expecting it to work.

I have it solved with your help and the help of 1and1 staff.
The solution was:

just 1 mail.bisontesenlaspasredes.es not the three mx lines

and a subdomain mail.bisontesenlasparedes.es pointing at the sentora ip
