Does anyone know what is the default SMTP info.

I setup domain Mail.test.com
Email: Test@test.com
Password: test123
One thing I don't understand is what is the port and should I pick None or TLS and I don't have SSL installed on the server yet so I can use that.
And what is the buff with me installing SSL on my servers?
