Sentora Support Forums - smtp problem

Hello guys
I have read some answers from this website and i have configured some things. I can receive emails but i can't send emails through smtp.
I have set thunderbird like this:

IMAP

What can i do?

A quick check shows that you are at least on 5 blacklists

Probably you have some spam issue, a bad domain or a bad IP.

What error are you getting when you send emails?

How can i fix the balcklists?

Before fixing the blacklists you need to fix the problem that caused you to get on those Blacklists, else you will be Blacklisted for longer time or permanently.

Can you try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the result back here? Thank you.

Regarding your log, the hotmail server is not being reached, that can be a Blacklist cause or another different issue, do you get any returned email?

However your SMTP server IS sending emails, that is working.
Your problem is that you are indeed on some blacklists (check my first link as that checks a lot of blacklist providers).

Do the following to improve your score:
- Add a Reverse DNS for your hostname/IP (you need to do that outside Sentora, it is on your hosting provider, contact them).
- Add a DKIM Signature
- Add a A Record to srv14.lompros.com
- Setup DMarc (not critical, but will help).

Now go and contact all blacklists were you are in, and ask for removal.
