how can i create a new account domain for my client and the root directory will be pointed into another drive example 
on dev/disk2 or media/dev/www

I talk about different thing..
I said this for Backup function not for host data directory
I want to make every backuped archive to be sent automatically to another server

That is not what this means...

The current backup modules keeps the files on the current server.

There was a backup to dropbox module, but dropbox changed their API so now it no longer works. I have been looking into it though.

Another way is to use rsync or similar.
