Please someone can give me a guide to update MySQL integrated in Sentora for Windows to the lasted version?

There is none. Only thing I can suggest is to get the latest version for Windows from their site and upgrade it according to their Docs. Make sure you make a complete backup first! ESPECIALLY config files!
