Sentora Support Forums

Hi,

1) We want to apologize for the long time when the Sentora website and forum was out of line (>24h). It was because the backups was hosted to a private server owned by a member very busy and who was a bit sick - a problem never occurs alone. :-(

Now the whole domain websites are hosted on a VPS server completely independant of any member of the council and all its memebers have full acces on it. We will also ensure that all members of the council may have access to the backups. We hope it will enable better response time.


2) The backups are those of 29 september at 6 am. We hope to have not lost too many posts, but we may have lost some.
[Edit] the backup was expected to be from the 29, but i discover only now that the set of files was given to me are of 23 september... :-(



The most urgent (Forum and Docs) are restored. The API which enables to install sentora (to get server ip) was out of line only a few hours, because we redirected it to another temporary server, the whole website will be online a moment.

Problem aren't leaving the project !!

I guess you people already had your hands full with development part to get the official release out and on top you get another blow..

We are improving the process how we manage the project.

Don't forget the website/forums are only a side of the project while we work hard on code and post to github.
