I'm a fresh start and still learning by myself. This is my first time trying to connect using ftp. I've been studying on youtube for this problem for a few days now. So this is my last hope..

All my host, username, password and port is correct but this what i got:

Resolving address of zpanel.xxxx.xxx.my

Status: Connecting to 202.xxx.xxx.xxx:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not connect to server

tried to change the timeout from 20 sec to 500 sec but nothing happened. 
tried using all the transfer mode, still doesnt solve anything.
tried all encryption and logon type and nothing happen.

i may have missed something that i should do. but i dont know what..
Please help me. I am a noob

check using www.intodns.com your domain dns config. Likely you messed up that part.

Hello, I also facing same issue with FTP connection.
I am using Centos v7 and sentora as web panel. Can anyone please help me to understand why this happened?

did you check using intodns.com ? Are you sure over DNS setup?

Yes, DNS is working fine and i also check port 21. it's also open and running.
I found a post which mention "maybe server not installed vsftpd", is this is my issue?

your test shows you are using TLS. Don't work use filezilla with un encrypted FTP.

I tried with insecure (plain FTP), but still facing same problem.
