Hi,

I can see the emails are not going out after enabling Let's Encrypt to server url and domain names.
When I tried to send email though Roundcube it was showing error message" SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed." Can anyone know how to fix this issue. Before enabling the ssl everything is working fine but we believe this issue was started after enabling SSL. One of our email sending app used before used the server IP to send email now that also stopped working so we believe this was all because of the above SSL. We followed this thread to install the ssl http://docs.sentora.org/?node=102

Any one have any idea to resolve it.....?
The tutorial in forums may be a bit more complete: http://forums.sentora.org/showthread.php?tid=3297
I haven't had a chance to update the docs page Sad
Just double check your SSL changes in comparison to the above thread.

Hi It seems everything is correct as the thread you have shared with me, But I don't know why the email

are not working. Did you have any idea, if the mails are not working on a script we can say that it was because

of technical error, But from the roundcube also it was showing error message while sending. If you know any

fix please help.
Hello,

Did you what would be the port of SMTP if we enable Let's Encrypt SSL I found the roundcube or
my external software are not able to connect to the server after we enabled the free ssl. In my software I need to
to give the IP OR SMTP address to connect to the server before we have given it as example: 192.168.100.1
it have another option to give the domain name like smtp.your-server.com. Iam using an sub domain name like
abcd.your-server.com so may be the domian name or port will be an problem. So if you know the port NO of SMTP if we enable SSL please tell me.
Hi,

Have you checked for errors in the logs? /var/log/maillog, dovecot
