Hi,
So you failed centos 7 install? Are installing on VPS? Dedicated?
We are aware of a bug but it's related to postfix and won't break install.
Could explain more? I see warnings ok but did this crash install or not?

I confirm that sentora tested <hard> and working like a charm on centos 7, VPS and dedicated, also with updates.
No problems at all.
About : (y):Accept and install, (n):Change domain or IP, (q):Quit installer? y
It asks on subdomain, you must have to call the panel. You already got it, or you setup cname later on.
Sentora guides here i think that are very closed to ... perfect!
