When trying to add a custom A record to my subdomain, it doesn't save it.
I have created the subdomain. The subdomain doesn't work properly.

the sentora panel, what do you think? If i was doing it from the dns server, i would have asked the domain provider for help.

Subdomain after creation add to Dns a new Cname with your Subdomain name click save wait for propagation subdomain should now work Host Name TTL Target help 3600 @ ^^ ^^ Example : help.xxxx.xxx = Cname help @
