Sentastico not installing on server - rsthomas - 09-12-2023
Following TGates' instructions to install Sentastico produced this message during the zppy update step:

Perhaps the URL for the repo has been moved to another location?

I've added 2 so far. What packages are you interested in?
Remember: Only open source or free software. Paid-for can have issues with sharing/downloading from site's other than their own.

I see you currently have:
joomla
mantisbt
mybb
phpbb
wordpress
Packages that were on verion 1.0 that I would use on 2.0, in order of preference. They all have newer versions:
seotoaster 3.5
osCommerce V4
b2evolution
I assume they will appear on the list automatically as they are added?

I'll look into these packages and add them if they meet the minimum requirements.
Working on SeoToaster and osCommerce. b2evollution is no longer being actively maintained as of March 2022.

Well, I've made a seotoaster package and osCommerce package. I am having issues with both.
SeoToaster: Having issues with the Zend optimizer, specifically openbase_dir restrictions that do not let the CMS access the Zend resources on the server. (I am surprised this is the first time this has been noticed. I have added the issue to our private bug tracker for more investigation.)
osCommerce: Having memory allocation issues when I try to add it to the Sentastico module from the repository. -It's a Sentastico issue. working on a fix.

Thanks for the quick response! Both of those applications appear to be quick different from their previous versions, so I'm not surprised at the issues.
I have been in contact with Seotoaster about doing so custom work for me, so I'll pass your comment along to them; perhaps they can offer a solution.

I fixed the Sentastico large file issue so osCommerce will now d/l into the module. Testing it's installation process now. (It's a very large package and DB) Installer is taking over 5 mins to install the DB. It's LARGE.
osCommerce seems to install properly. Added to Sentastico Package repo.
