How to ask for Help here - Me.B - 05-08-2015
Before asking a technical question please do the following:
- Try to find an answer by searching the archives of the forum.
- Try to find an answer by searching the Web (Google do a lot of magic).
- Try to find an answer by reading the Sentora docs.
- Try to find an answer by inspection or experimentation.
- Try to find an answer by asking a skilled friend.
- If you're a programmer, try to find an answer by reading the source code.
- Don't try to PM the support staff, unless you are asked to (mainly to provide private information).
- Use the right section in the forums (email, DNS, Zpanel..).
- Provide the OS you use, installer version and extended infos about the issues you face so we can help.
