move sentora from 32 bit OS to 64 bit OS - digokos - 06-02-2015 Hello guys and I thank everyone makes this project alive. I am getting crazy with sentora cp (like it very very much) but i have a question. I installed at an old 32 bit pc on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS 32 bit. I make a lot of experiments and practices but now I want to move everything I made at my 64 bit pc with 64 bit ubuntu. Is this possible and if yes how to with all my users i create and all the websites i made in there without to cause any problems? Thank you all. RE: move sentora from 32 bit OS to 64 bit OS - FIRSTNINJA Sebastian - 06-02-2015 If the 64bit OS is configured exactly as the 32bit, it should be not a problem. But I prefer to wait for an experts answer. :-) RE: move sentora from 32 bit OS to 64 bit OS - Me.B - 06-03-2015 It should work if you copy the config files/ DB's/ user files. BUT beware don't copy the binaries. Also ensure you have the EXACT OS. It will work. I'll try everything on a virtualbox (copy/check methodically) before i do anything stupid ![]() Thanks! |
