Check the forum email section we had been giving all the tips over and over. 1. check SPF, reverse DNS records. 2. check you are not black listed. 3. think about DKIM You will need also time to gain trust and ensure your servers are clean from spam. Those are few steps. M B RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - wallmapu - 08-06-2015 (08-02-2015, 11:05 PM)Me.B Wrote: It will depend heavily on your setup first. Check the forum email section we had been giving all the tips over and over. 1, 2 and 3 are passed. I don't know what else to do. I'm using free nameserves. Can this be a red flag to the recpients? RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - Me.B - 08-06-2015 No DNS server don't flag your emails, never heared of such. I use cloudflare and it's fine. No I don't agree with you over 1. as I see panel.partita.cl is a localhost and not a public IP and see main domain have MX on zoho. So a bit confusing over your config. I see SPF & DKIM enabled but you should have sentora setup on PUBLIC IP for sending and improving reputation. M B RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - mettacell - 09-04-2015 Great tool -http://www.dnsinspect.com/ Check your DNS and errors and fix one by one. Make sure MX and Mail gets 100 points. It helped me fixe the same issue. Remember, you have to keep penitence, put the SPF right way. Once I got 100 points in MX and Mail, my emails got white listed instantly. Hope this helps. RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - Topcoder - 07-10-2016 I had the same problem, but after I changed my IP I was getting delivered without issues. I didn't have to configure anything differently. I was on no Public Blacklist, 0 warnings and criticals from mailtester, everything was perfect from the outside. So when everything is perfect that usually means the ip your using is on their private blacklist. RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - Me.B - 07-10-2016 Or the ip was black listed in the past and had bad reputation too. M B RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - type-00 - 07-20-2016 I have a similar problem but here's the thing that happened with me I had dkim on the server and working and my score with a mail tester was 97 because all my name servers were the domain.com ones so I try ed to add the one on my sentora server as one and got it to work but mail started going to spam so I try ed fixing that in the dns of my server and now my ip was black listed in two places but now only one so I have to try and fix that but I made everything the same as it was before getting blacklisted so until I get off the black list mail will keep going to spam RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - type-00 - 07-20-2016 Oh I forgot to mention the irony of how I got added to the blacklist was me sending test emails to myself RE: Big names labeling my email as spam - Me.B - 07-21-2016 So clean it add spf and wait until it gets better reputation. |
