I'm considering upgrading my current Zpanel 10.1.1 on a Ubuntu 12.04 VPS to Sentora 1.0.x - will the following work:

?
...and, more importantly, has anyone done this & succeeded?

Be careful because Sentora is still in beta!
And it's better to wait until the official release.

I successfully did this, albeit manually though. I'd also recommend waiting till a stable release though. We still have a good bit of work to do on the install/upgrade scripts.
