If it still says pending after 5+ minutes, it sounds like the daemon is not running or completely running. Do a full daemon run:

Code:
sudo /usr/bin/php -q /etc/sentora/panel/bin/daemon.php

One question i want to put my websites on domain registar to cloudflare and to sentora
the cloudflare name servers have to be placed on name servers on the sentora name servers? and i have to delete A record called ns1 ns2 right?

RE: Urgent help!!! Domain not active! - liamgreen - 12-08-2015

Yeah you delete the nameservers at where your domain is registered. and then you update with cloudflare's name servers and then you set up the dns via cloudflare
