WHMCS Error - instahost - 12-23-2015

Hello,

I have posted this before but no one replied. This is what is happening. I buy something and the I get an email saying the API Request failed?

Check your Sentora error logs and post them here, seeing as the error is on the Sentora side of the modules.

Hello

I have just tried manually creating the order and it seems that WHMCS is not generating a username because when I put a username in the Request is a success and the account is created.

Ok that's very strange, but the result of the API call shouldn't be a 500 response code because a parameter is missing. Anyhow, if you have the Sentora error logs at hand I'd love to take a look at them to see what's causing the problem.

@[instahost] sorry for the late response, the sentora error logs can be found in /var/sentora/logs/sentora-error.log

I'll look into the errors regarding "PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function GetControllerRequest() on a non-object in /etc/sentora/panel/dryden/ctrl/auth.class.php on line 190" next week and see if I can find a solution (or if it's even related to the WHMCS module)
