I'm unable to login to sentora on my main ip anymore. It just says "Terms of use violation." after logging in and i have no idea why

I have a few websites there, and installed file manager module

Anyways, thanks for the help. The issue was temporary and i'm able to login normally now. Still don't know what caused it
