I get this error in one of my users:
Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)
How do I fix that so its unlimited ?

no unlimited there is a default quota for emails.
Check /?module=mail_admin

Is says 200 in Max Mailbox Size should it be 0 ?

200 MB if you want more set it to 500

999999999 can do it also don't forget some how you always have a limit your disk space already.

simply login into your phpmyadmin portal
With root mysql user, Go to "postfix" database,
GO TO MAILBOX, SEARCH FOR THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE USER HAVING THE MAILBOX FOR USER IS FULL, CLICK ON EDIT, SET THE QUOTA TO HIGHER QUOTA SUCH AS 500 OR 1000 OR 0, THE DEFAULT QUOTA IS 200
THIS SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND YOUR CLIENT WILL START RECEIVING EMAIL INSTANTLY.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM SOME TIME AGO AND I WAS ABLE TO SOLVED THE PROBLEM AS SIMPLE AS THE ABOVE PROCEDURE.
