Apache 2.2 will no more receive patches by end of 2017

Minimal maintenance patches of 2.2.x are expected throughout this period,

of minor security and bug fixes as well as new features.
2.4.27 is already the latest release

As it's no more receiving updates, from now it will be only maintenance updates aka fixes/patches and no more upgrades.

Ubuntu 12.04 is too in this case.
