Apache reload issue - TGates - 09-08-2017

Is anybody else getting or noticing this error on daemon run when apache is reloaded?

Code:
START Apache Config Hook. Apache Admin module ENABLED... [...] Finished writting Apache Config... Now reloading Apache... warning: commands will be executed using /bin/sh Cannot open lockfile /var/spool/cron/atjobs/.SEQ: Permission denied Apache reload suceeded. END Apache Config Hook.
As you may notice, it also shows as 'succeeded' when it really hasn't reloaded... and yes, I have been searching Google for a few days now but none of the issues are even close to the same Sad

Any suggestions would be helpful Cool

Just checked and it does it with sudo and as root user. Huh

I have no idea when it started to show this error, but the apache reload has been an issue for a long time.

I just became aware of the error from all the testing I have done with Sencrypt.
