proftpd.service not found - tallguy64 - 02-03-2018 I am beating my head into a wall. No mater how i install i keep getting the following error: Code: -- Installing ProFTPD
Error: Nothing to do
Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory
Failed to start proftpd.service: Unit not found.I have tried several times. completly fresh only wget then sentora, also tired update then wget then sentora. Yes i have checked no firewall issues, i also made sure i stoped fire wall for one try. The only warning i get is: Code: OK: DNS successfully resolves panel.xxxxxx.com to 192.168.1.10
WARNING: panel.xxxxxx.com DNS record does not point to xx.xx.xx.xx! Sentora w ill not be reachable from http://panel.wc64host.comWhich i know why i this is because i am running a internal network name server, if you are out side it would resolve properly, i was having issues with natloop back. What am i doing wrong... when installing centos i am using the minimal iso off the main download page. Do security polices affect install? ( did try with and with out) I did notice this as i was looking back thru my sshlog, could this be part of my problem? Code: Installer version 1.0.3
Sentora core version 1.0.0
Sentora preconf version 1.0.3
Installing Sentora 1.0.0 at http://panel.xxxxxxxx.com and ip xx.xx.xx.xx

RE: proftpd.service not found - fearworks - 06-30-2018 Hi, I am using CentOS and I believe I may have found the reason why this error is occurring.
