I have a server with 2.4 GHz 8 colors, 8GB DDR3 RAM and 1x 1 TB (SATA HDD).
I wonder if the Sentora's performance with 50 sites is good or fairly slow to load.

It should handle corporate low traffic website without issue. It really depend on what you are running and hits you get. Main issue will be always with DB if you have code that is not optimised.
