how to create second admin - itzik - 02-13-2018
Hi
i have a resaller, the resaller have a customer, and i wants to create another user that will manage this customer...like a sub-admin.
please help...

You would have to make the new admin as another reseller...
Your 1st reseller makes another reseller account (If his access allows) then create the user under the second reseller.

what i mean is the my reseller create another reseller but he want to give 2 users to his customer so both can mamange the account..
if my reseller create another user, he need to connect him to new package and group so the other user is not connected to the first one...

Only one account can control sub-accounts. Sub-accounts can not have multiple 'owners'.
So, Main reseller > Sub reseller > User. Both reseller's can control the user if you use the shadowing feature. But, the main reseller has to shadow the sub reseller account and in turn also control the user account. Not the ideal way since the main reseller can fully access the sub reseller account. That would be the only way.
