I restarted the server now I can't access panel

Everything was working fine and I thought I could restart my server and I did it using SolusVM panel, but now I can't access my server using server.domain.com.

I didn't make any changes.

I can access FTP (ftp.domain.com), so I think it's something related to DNS. I'm sorry, I am not able to give you additional data at this moment.

Yes, it's ok.

I noticed that I can access server.domain.com using a vpn or other computer on the same network. I flushed dns cache, restarted my computer but I still can't access it.

Edit : I can access it now, I don't understand why such a thing happened.
