Bind zone updated and named.conf file not updated

Hi i am having a working sentora on Debian 8 every thing is working fine only problem with dns named.conf zone are not added to /etc/sentora/configs/bind/etc/named.conf file its showing 0 bytes and when ever the cron job is running its showing the last time edit but 0 bytes please can any one help whats the issue why cron job is not adding zones to named.conf file but editing the file when ever cron job is running its showing last time stamp ...?

bind9 running without any problem.
