Sentora DashBoard Empty after Module Install

Hello,
I have a strange problem, after i tried to install Sentastico, i went to module admin and added all the Groups, clicked on save and then my entire dashboard crashed. When i login all i get is a Home Button and basic account information. I get this with Zadmin, and any other login i try. I cleared out all the tmp sessions, i used zppy to remove the module, tried looking in the database for anything i could change, i rebooted the system, checked permissions, with nothing seaming to work. Attached is a pic of the dashboard when i login. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I also attempted to access any module by manually adding to the url ?module=domains and i get for every module.

Modules permissions were corrupted and this allowed me to fix that problem.
