Does using old versions of PHP/MySQl affect app performance?

Hi, Since sentora 1.0.3 uses PHP version 5.5.9-1, but the latest version is 7, does having an older version affect the performance or speed of the hosted websites/apps in any way?

No we don't support PHP7 currently as it depend on the os mainly.
No support using PM (Auto adding to IGNORE list!), use the forum.
