xbilling questions.

I've installed and been playing with xbilling. I read through the manual, but it's pretty short. 
I hate that the old ZP forums aren't available because my questions were probably answered there. 

Does it setup auto provisioning for clients? Can they register, then pay, and it creates the accounts automatically?

A second question on service plans and packages...
It doesn't seem you can repeat a service plan, how do you charge different for different packages? Such as a basic package that is 3.99/mo and an advanced is 5.99/mo. I can only create 1 price for the 1 month duration. Is that possible with xbilling?

Yes, A user fills out the form, an invoice and 'inactive' account are generated, they pay the invoice, the account gets activated. They check their email and get their password and login information.
