Email going to Gmail and Hotmail SPAM (OVH VPS)

Greetings,
All outgoing email from Sentora VPS is going to Gmail/Hotmail Spam folders.
They are NOT blocked, they just get stuck on the spam folder.

Gmail says: It’s similar to messages that were detected by our spam filters.
From my search this error might mean it is related to the content, I've tried various content with the same spam result.
Also I'm not sending newsletters, it's just regular company email.

On Cloud Flare the main domain (A/AAAA record) is CloudFlare enabled, the mail subdomain is using a A record and not Cloudflare enabled.

Also I tried this with another domain and same results.
IP is not blacklisted.

Anyone can give any tips to troubleshot the issue?

What kind of email are you sending here?

It might be also OVH IP block having bad reputation.:

Well, I also checked the OVH IP Block rep, it does not seem bad (honestly Im not very knowledgeable in this spam/reputation sort of things to be honest).

The kind of email I'm sending is just a regular email (actually from that IP I only sent test emails, and have been like a few dozens, never more), here is an example of a sent email:

OK. Found SPF record:

But i see that you also use ipv6 address this should be:

Yes, that is right, i use IPv6 but IPv6 was setup like you say on the older server (ip starting with 92.xxx).

However the issue was only on the older server (ip starting with 92.xxx), were I currently moved the domain there is no issue (ip starting with 37.xxx), and I'm not even using DKIM.

I guess it is a reputation issue and I already contacted OVH to give me a new IP.
