SSL domain forwarding to control panel

Hello,

I set up SSL on my domain and followed the instructions here. http://docs.sentora.org/?node=64

I have namecheap CSR authenticated already and added it to the server so how do i remove the self assisgned? Furthermore, I don't want this SSL domain pointing to the control panel I want it pointing at the files like the non SSL domain.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
