wordpress problem

Hey, guys! It's standard problem, googled a lot, but no results. So, can't add new menu items through wordpress. It should be problem with suhosin. So, i increased max_input_vars = 5000 and

suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000

suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000

Tried to off suhosin through panel = no results. It affects not only menu, but i can't save some options through wordpress admin panel, like on/off search bar in header.
Maybe someone could help? Or had something like that? Thanks!
