cannot connect by FTP

Hi guys,

I can connect my sentora server (VPSie) by SSH or SFTP. I added a domain in this server. I created a FTP account with full access to the domain directory, but I can not connect by FTP. The following error is given:

status: Connecting to 162.220.55.209:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.5 Server (Sentora FTP Server) [::ffff:162.220.55.209]
Command: USER admin
Response: 331 Password required for admin
Command: PASS *********
Error: Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

How to solve this? Where is my fault can you please help? Thanks in advance.

Hello, looking at your setup you are missing a reverse DNS record.

You should add the RDNS on your hosting account.

Thank you for the feedback. I put reverse dns record. But still the problem exists. Any help?
