Nio. It is not running. I checked mine (which I just upgraded to 5.6.40 a couple weeks ago) and under phpinfo it should show:

Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2016 Zend Technologies
    with Zend OPcache v7.0.6-dev, Copyright (c) 1999-2016, by Zend Technologies
    with Suhosin v0.9.38, Copyright (c) 2007-2015, by SektionEins GmbH

You need to recompile suhosin as explained in the tutorial. (I had to do it twice for some reason...maybe a typo)

Wth, after install epel*, I get a lot No file permission error. I did not even start the process
