backup not works shows error

Hello @[RamboMambo],
The backup is working as intended (the backup is generated like it should), however it is not possible to download the files via the web interface, you should use FTP for this.

According to an older post about that exact same 403 error downloading backups the download is disabled due to security issues; probably the fact the interface still shows the Download link is a leftover bug that has slipped the team, nothing major Smile

how to use FTP to download backup does backup create ZIP folder in FTP or what?

It creates a file under /var/sentora/hostdata/ACOUNT_NAME/backups/

Check there Smile
Its right before the /public_html/ folder
