SSL problem- HTTPS redirects to Sentora Panel

Hello,

I followed a guide on Comodo's page- https://support.comodo.com/index.php?/De...e--mod_ssl and installed the SSL certificate for my website. The problem is, when I'm hitting https://www.mywebsite.com in browser, it opens Sentora panel on the same URL, although Sentora is installed on subdomain control.mywebsite.com, but when I'm opening www.mywebsite.com the website opens perfectly (of course without SSL). What I'm doing wrong? I mean what should I do that on visiting https://www.mywebsite.com it should display the original website and not Sentora panel? Please help.
