PHP Bug #60524 - upload_tmp_dir not working correctly

Hi all,

I have an problem with the temp upload directory.
The temp dir is set correctly in the php.ini file, and it shows correctly in phpinfo().
But, when I call sys_get_temp_dir(), I still get /tmp instead of /var/sentora/temp

I found this bug: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=60524
There is already a patch for 5.4.0 and 5.4.3, but not yet for 5.4.1. Is it possible to apply this patch in PHP 5.4.16 in sentora?
I think this bug causes my problem.

We don't build php or manage it. We rely on OS vendor patches currently.

Are you sure this is https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=60524 ??

I think you might have more an issue with openbase_dir than this bug
