Address allready : Make shock could not bind 0.0.0.0:80 Sentora

Hi all,

My sentora are operating normally, but today i can't access panel  amin and site.
I check httpd status : 
#service httpd status
#httpd stop

#service httpd start
Starting httpd : (98)Address all ready in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening socket avaiable , shuttingdown
Unable to open logs
