http 500 error

Hi guys,

Just want to ask you if you find also this kind of issue when we want to install a tool at Sentora.

Today i made the upload of a tool into the /var/sentora/hostdata/zadmin/public_html/ folder, after i made this i run the page at mydomain.com/admin and i get a http 500 error. Does anyone know's why ?? I got the same sys running in other server locations and it works just fine for example at /var/sentora/hostdata/mydomain/public_html/.

How can i fix this issue? Is there any way to turn this around? I need to use the primary TLD of the server to use my created system, but it seems i cannot use it like this, ohh i forgot... the public it's working perfectly my problem is just when i access the /admin, then i get the 500 error, but when i go to the normal domain name all works just fine, and it's using my backoffice informations without any issues, but i cannot access my backoffice.

Any help will be much appreciated, thanks in advance guys.

Hello Pardon,

I think it is because your server is down and not responding properly. It is using your backOffice information to access server but not able to respond as the timeout issues arises. Kindly check your server configuration and see if it is working fine.

Check first the logs to understand why there is this error 500. wich means either PHP Error here or bg issue in config ( like root missing).

Yes that fixed my issue indeed docs found at /var/sentora/logs/
