.pl scripts in _cgi-bin not running

I'm trying to run a Perl script in the CGI bin and it shows as script when I go to it instead of actually doing anything. Any help with it would be helpful CGI is enabale btw

CGI don't work and should not be used. It's a feature not correctly implemented.
