installation error

Hi guys,
I have installation problem.
My sentora installation forever stuck at following line:
I am using centos 6, centos 7. Both o/s already have same issue.
Do you know what went wrong?
I suspect my VPS is overcrowded, under-resource. Internet speed is between 30 to 90 kB/s.
UPDATE:
I use ftp application, it shows the sentora zip file already fully downloaded at server, but no progress since then. It still stuck at the line. That is also the log file last entry.
