doamin don't work

it's my first time that i use your platform sentora. i'm using WEBGRATUIT PACKAGE(demo). 
i toke a domain yesterday, it-tetouan.com, but it dosn't work, also the mailbox send emails but don't receive.
please help me. i am a beginner with servers.
