Many people aren't able to get solution on forums as replies are very late. 

Sentora team, can provide paid support for people who needs fast replies such as installation, issue resolve at some fixed prices and the money will go some part to team ( for personal use ) and some part to sentora developement. This way moderators or developers will be active for money and also it will help sentora stay active. Many active hosting panels are doing it and they are doing great. 

Sentora needs to do something good othewise I don't see much future for it as only 2 people are working on it. 

Also sentora users needs fast response on forums because no one was website down for several days. If you implement paid service, this will keep sentora users take services and developers or team stay active for more work from forums and also helps develop sentora.

Agreed, but at this time of year, I myself am busy with outdoors projects so I don't have much time left over. It's not always about the money, it's more of a time issue. Also, 80% of the issues I answer have already been solved but the person asking hasn't searched the forums for the answer. I'm doing the best I can at the moment
