Paid support?

Hi everyone.

I'm tired of paid hosting services...
I always wanted to have my own server at home... but I don't have much time to read through all the documents...

So.
Is there anyone here, that could upload and configure it for me on my machine?

I need control panel for multiple FTP, Domains, www, mail accounts, all just as in typical hosting company.
All the sites I want to host are made using Joomla CMS.

Please prv me for details if you want to get some extra $

Ps. I got 4 old rack servers... I hope it's enough.
It's not going to be any commercial web hosting - just my crap, so I don't want to buy any new equipment, just use one ones I already have.
