SSL_manager | When HTTPS its go to admin panel

I Install SSL_manager module and insert the cert the key and the bundle.crt all go well until i try to get into my site https://www.example.com and its redirect me to the admin panel insted the index.html in the domain directroy

[p.s every ssl is redirecting me to the admin control panel]
what to do?!
