Deleting user leaves him id DB

Hi, i just deleted one user on my testing machine and when i tried to add him back i got an message, that this email adress is registered.
Is it really neccessary to leave him in DB? If yes, maybe this could be changed: https://github.com/sentora/sentora-core/...s.php#L206 ... WHERE ac_deleted_ts NOT NULL ...
