Subdomain creation?

So you must not have the domains added properly in the shared domain section?

If you are doing it this way, you must also add them in the domain manager, not subdomain manager.
(You can also then create default DNS entries for both also using the DNS Manager)

Sorry, if I wasn't clear enough... I added to Shared Domains section my Domain and I effectively can create both subdomains, but...
I don't need same subdomains with different TLD's.
I need differents subdomains with same tld's... several subdomains with same tld's in one user and in different users.
Such us:
User 1: hallo.example.com, hallo1.example.com and hallo.example1.com
User 2: hi.example.com, hi5.example.com and hi.example1.com
